The online "Ask Miss Etiquette" feature writer can get spicy: sometimes controversial, usually opinionated, always showing flair. She dishes out to-the-point answers with down-home wit and common sense. But in reality, the writer for the Dakota Country Dance Club's Web site is, well, not a she. After several e-mail requests for an interview, the call finally came:
