Belly dancing is a traditional Arabic dance that celebrates womanhood and involves moves like belly rolls, shimmies, and hip bumps. Belly dancing will not only help you lose weight and improve your stamina, it will also strengthen your core, improve your balance and coordination, and strengthen your joints.

Open house at local spa slated for Dec. 6 (North South Brunswick Sentinel)
Gentle Healing Wellness Spa, 1274 Cranbury/South River Road, Cranbury, will hold an open house to highlight recent changes at the spa noon-4 p.m. Dec. 6. The free event will feature tours, belly dancing classes, yoga classes, chair massages, lectures, door prizes, free gifts and a fashion show.
